Bill is the founder of Vogel Advisors and serves as the company’s President and Managing Broker. He oversees all of the firm's engagements and is an expert in the full life cycle of corporate real estate transactions. From leasing and acquisitions, to divestment strategies and liquidation, Bill has dedicated his career to helping companies plan and execute real estate strategies nationwide.

Early in his career Bill held roles in finance and lending within the banking industry, which sparked his passion for corporate & commercial real estate. He launched Vogel Advisors directly from that experience, and has worked for the last two decades to build the company into a market leader. Bill has been awarded many "Power Broker" awards from research firm CoStar for the size and notability of his successful assignments.

Away from the office, Bill enjoys golf and competitive one-design sailboat racing – both as a sailor and as a race official. Bill and his wife Lorie are also accomplished ballroom dancers. They have been married for nearly 25 years and have 3 grown sons.
